4. A2P MESSAGING COMPLIANCE AND REQUIREMENTS

When you use our SMS and voice calling features, we register your messaging campaigns with telecommunications carriers to ensure compliance with A2P regulations.

4.1 Campaign Registration

When you use our SMS and voice calling features, you are responsible for independently registering your messaging campaigns with telecommunications carriers to ensure compliance with A2P regulations.

This includes:

  • Verifying your business identity and use case
  • Registering your phone numbers with The Campaign Registry (TCR)
  • Submitting campaign descriptions and sample messages
  • Maintaining carrier-approved messaging practices
  • Completing all required A2P compliance documentation independently
⚠️ Your Compliance Responsibility:

YOU are solely responsible for completing and maintaining your own A2P compliance registration. Fuse Stack provides the messaging platform, but A2P registration with carriers is your independent obligation.

4.2 Message Content Monitoring

To maintain A2P compliance and prevent abuse, we reserve the right to:

  • Monitor message content for prohibited content
  • Review messaging patterns and volume
  • Suspend messaging capabilities for policy violations
  • Report abuse to carriers and regulatory authorities
  • Implement rate limits and sending restrictions

4.3 Prohibited Messaging Practices

You agree NOT to use our messaging services for:
  • Spam or unsolicited messages to individuals who have not opted in
  • Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • High-risk financial services (payday loans, debt collection, cryptocurrency)
  • Cannabis, marijuana, CBD products (where prohibited)
  • Adult content or services
  • Illegal products or services
  • Messages that violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or CTIA guidelines

4.4 Opt-Out and Consent Requirements

  • You must obtain explicit consent before sending marketing messages
  • You must honor opt-out requests immediately
  • You must include opt-out instructions in promotional messages
  • We automatically process STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and similar keywords
